i stayed in a premium twin room separate bath up to 3 guests. the desk staff spoke fluent english and were helpful. the lobby is on the 12th floor. there's a coffee shop at the entrance.
the bar closed early at 11pm.

the location was convenient. i appreciated being close to various shops and restaurants. the room was clean and well kept. the staff were generally helpful with directions.

amazing stay, location plus luxury!
central location super clean room luxurious bedding modern design
i adored the unbeatable location! it's in the heart of it all. the super clean room had luxurious bedding, i slept so well! the hotel design felt modern and fresh, a true standout.
the elevators required a change on the 12th floor to reach the restaurant. it's a minor inconvenience, but good to know.

The front desk staff was always ready to assist with useful information. They were helpful with directions. i found their attentiveness amazing and it made navigating the area effortless. their prompt assistance.

excellent location responsive housekeeping
The location of this hotel is really good. I could easily access the metro and shopping areas, made exploring simple. The blackout blinds in the room ensured restful sleep, and the housekeeping staff was very responsive. I appreciated their friendly and thorough service.
